    ጾታን መሰረት ያደረጉ የጥቃት እይነቶች እና ተዛማጅ ህጎች ስልጠና

    የዚህ ስልጠና አላማ በስራ ቦታ ያለውን ማህበረሰብ በተለይም በስርዓተ-ፆታ እኩልነት እና ጾታን መሰረት አድርገው የሚፈጸሙ ጥቃቶች እና የህግ ማእቀፎች ላይ ሰራተኞች፣ የማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ባለሙያዎች፣ የኮሚቴ አባላት እና ሱፐርቫይዘሮች መሰረታዊ ግንዛቤ እንዲኖራቸው እና የኩባንያውን ፖሊሲዎች ፣የአሰራር ሂደት እና ተግባራትን በመደገፍ በስራ ቦታ ላይ የስርዓተ-ፆታ ፍትሃዊነትን ማስፈን ነው።

    ስልጠናው በሶስት ሞጁል ተዋቅሯል እነዚህም፦

    • ሞጁል 1፡ የስርዓተ ጾታ ጽንሰ ሃሳብ
    • ሞጁል 2፡ ጾታን መሰረት ያደረጉ የጥቃት አይነቶች
    • ሞጁል 3፡ ጾታን መሰረት ያደረገ ጥቃት እንዳይከሰት የሚያስችሉ መፍትሄዎች
    • ሞጁል 4: የጾታ ጥቃት እና የሴቶችን መብት ከህግ አንጻር

    This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required to undertake nursery work activities including seed bed and pot preparation, planting/sowing and Caring of Seedlings.

    • Prepare materials, tools and equipment for nursery work
    • Prepare Seed bed and pots
    • Carryout planting /Sowing Operations
    • Care for Seedlings
    • Clean up on completion of nursery work and Report

    Occupational Standard: Horticultural Crops Production Level II

    AGR HCP2 07 0223 Perform Harvesting and Post- Harvest Operations

    This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to carry out basic horticultural crops establishment, management operations including input and land preparation, sowing, watering, fertilizer application, calibration and chemical application, growing in green house or open field.

    • Prepare materials, tools and equipment
    • Prepare Input and land
    • Sowing/planting
    • Carryout watering
    • Apply fertilizer
    • Carry out basic agronomic practices
